Founder & Creative Director

Billy started the company in 2014 after settling in Paris (he had already called Los Angeles and New York home). As a floral designer turned event planner (or vice versa), he has a penchant for thinking "outside of the vase”. He now works with clients to create magical installations and gorgeous tablescapes for their events internationally- Lake Como, Tuscany, Paris, Dubai, Saint Tropez and Miami are just a few of his "favs." His passion for details and design continue to push the Luxe brand into the future.

Whitney Donaldson

Strategic Brand Director

After five years in LA, Whitney found herself in Paris building brands for entrepreneurs. Her strategic advertising background and attention to detail keep everything running smoothly for the business (and occasionally for clients, too). She gets to work behind the scenes making sure that brides and grooms-to-be discover Luxe no matter where they are in the world.

Angelica Bano

Director of Planning & Events

Angelica is a native Italienne who has spent time in major cities in Belgium, France and Italy. After obtaining her Master’s in Business Management, she spent a few years as a business consultant, but finally found her true calling in event management and planning. With her eye for detail and spreadsheet mastery, she keeps the team in top organizational form.
